Our Home

Our company is a second home to more than 8,300 employees. We want to create a positive, motivating and safe working environment for them in which they feel happy and valued – a sustainable environment in which everyone finds a challenge and can develop themselves further.

Zero Harm

Safety should be part of our corporate culture. That is why we have developed clear expectations and responsibilities in our Zero Harm vision for employees, team leaders and management. Safety is a shared responsibility. Managers receive extra training about the key role they play in safety. We work with Life Saving Rules on all our sites and count on our own employees to identify unsafe situations and risks and to provide each other with feedback on safety.

Well-Being

Well-being is important, including in the workplace. This is because how we feel at work has an impact on our motivation and commitment, and on our capacity to innovate. We invest in both individual and collective initiatives around vitality and health, connection and enjoyment and employee development. These initiatives are continuously evaluated on the basis of changing needs and better insights.

Lifelong Learning

Lifelong learning is at the heart of our HR policy. We believe that as a company we can only grow through the growth of our employees. They are in charge of their own development, whether this means specialising, broadening their skillset, becoming a manager or growing within their current position. Helping our own people grow within the company is therefore an intrinsic part of our talent management. And under the motto 'training is the new recruiting', we invest in training people who have the right motivation, but do not yet have all the relevant skills.
